Online Formation Registration Page
Hello and Welcome!
We are so excited to have you with us for this upcoming 2023-2024 Formation Year. Formation will be by class up through 8th grade. High school will meet separately as a combined group, including the Confirmation program.
Formation will be each Sunday from 9:15 to 10:45 AM in our classrooms and Parish Center.
First Communion Preparation will be a separate class for those children who are in the second grade or older.
